Ingredients

  • 9 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • ¾ cup xylitol
  • 11 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder
  • Sea salt to taste flaky
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup almond flour finely ground
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Combine 9 tablespoons butter, ¾ cup xylitol, 11 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder, and a Sea salt to taste in a saucepan.

  • Place pan on stove and warm over medium-to-low heat for two minutes or until butter is melted. Remove pan from stove.
  • Using a whisk, mix all ingredients thoroughly and add 2 eggs until well combined.

  • Add ¾ cup almond flour to the mixture and whisk until batter is smooth.

  • Spray an 8x8 baking pan with Avocado oil spray.

  • Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let baking dish cool slightly on a rack.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before cutting and serving.
