Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
Combine 9 tablespoons butter, ¾ cup xylitol, 11 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder, and a Sea salt to taste in a saucepan.

Place pan on stove and warm over medium-to-low heat for two minutes or until butter is melted. Remove pan from stove.
Using a whisk, mix all ingredients thoroughly and add 2 eggs until well combined.

Add ¾ cup almond flour to the mixture and whisk until batter is smooth.

Spray an 8x8 baking pan with Avocado oil spray.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let baking dish cool slightly on a rack.
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before cutting and serving.
