Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

  • In medium mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons almond flour, 4 teaspoons cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener.

  • Beat 1 egg, then pour into dry ingredients. Add ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon unsalted butter to mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.

  • Gently fold in 3 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips.

  • Divide batter evenly into eight greased mini muffin molds.
  • Bake Brownie Bites for 10 to 12 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  • Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes before removing from pan and serving warm.
