In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup coconut flour, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon sea salt and 2 teaspoons shredded coconut. Stir together to incorporate. Add 3 eggs, browned garlic and 1 tablespoon green onions. Stir to incorporate. The batter will be slightly dry.
