In large bowl mix 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon keto mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix. Fully combine.

Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
In second small bowl, combine ¼ cup crumbled bacon, ½ cup pecans, and 3 tablespoons parsley.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once the cheese mixture is chilled, use a small scoop or two small spoons to portion out small cheese balls.
Roll each ball in the bacon-pecan-parsley mixture until evenly coated on all sides.
Return to the baking sheet and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
