In large bowl mix 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon keto mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix. Fully combine.

Refrigerate for one hour to chill.
In second small bowl, combine ½ cup pecans, ¼ cup crumbled bacon, and 3 tablespoons parsley.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Once cheese mixture is chilled, use small scoop or two small spoons to portion out small cheese balls.
Roll each ball in bacon-pecan-parsley mixture until evenly coated on all sides.
Return to baking sheet and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
