Ingredients

  • cups almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Fiber Yum

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
  • In bowl, combine 2¾ cups almond flour, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, and 1½ teaspoons baking soda.

  • In separate bowl combine 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, and 2 tablespoons Fiber Yum.

  • Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  • Form dough into large, flat circle, about two inches tall.
  • Cut cross on top of bread.
  • Bake on baking sheet or cast iron skillet for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Cool for at least an hour.
  • Serve with butter or brie!
