Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
In a bowl, combine 2¾ cups almond flour, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, and 1½ teaspoons baking soda.

In a separate bowl combine 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, and 2 tablespoons Fiber Yum.

Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Form dough into a large, flat circle, about 2 inches tall.
Cut a cross in the top of the bread.
Bake on a baking sheet or a cast iron skillet for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool for at least an hour.
Serve with butter or brie!
