In fry pan over low heat, cook bacon for 10 minutes to render fat.
Add
3 cups collard greens
and 1 cup
1 cup chicken broth
. Cook on medium-low for 15 minutes.

Remove greens and bacon from pan. Leave bacon fat in pan.

Over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon
