Ingredients

  • ¼ cup onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs large
  • 2 tablespoons cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt 1 tablespoon coconut oil in pan on medium heat. Add chopped ¼ cup onions.  Cook on medium-low heat for five minutes. Add 1 tablespoon butter.

  • Mix 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons cheese. Pour egg mixture to pan on medium-low heat.
