What to do when you get hungry at night. I am type 2 diabetes patient.
I eat at 12 pm my first meal after 2 hour workout, then I don't get hungry till 6 or 7 pm, but by ten o'clock I get hungry so what to do to stop the hunger, I try to drink water as much as I can to fill up my stomach.
