Toward the end of April 2018 I began eating during a four hour period and fasting for 20 hours. My beginning weight was 226 lbs. I now weigh 179lbs.
I added some fats and after hearing you talk about potassium I greatly increased the amount of potassium I get through high potassium foods. I credit the potassium as the major part of my success. I believe it curbed my appetite. I have not been hungry during this intermittent fasting. Before I could be hungry shortly after eating a big meal and I snaked a lot.
I still have too much belly fat and will keep working on that. I get plenty to eat not skimping on my nutrients.
