The photo on the left is when I first started working out this time last year. At that point, I was around 370lbs. Fast forward to January and February and I had ballooned up to 390lbs. Started Keto on March 12th with no working out or cardio, just a straight Keto diet. Fast forward to today when the picture on the right was taken. I started working out again two days ago after dropping 85lbs on a just a straight Keto diet with no exercise or cardio. Alls I can say is GOOD LORD I was big. I’m still not small by any means but that’s the same shirt in both pictures and the difference is amazing. I’m so motivated to just keep going and excited to get back in the gym to speed along the process of a healthier life!!!
