Started mid-February with 84kg and ended this week with 64kg. Lost 20 kilos in 4 months. I watched the videos and followed the eating plan. I was eating at the beginning, fruit in the morning and one carb thinking it was ok but realized I was not losing any weight. After I eliminated those 2 items from my diet I started losing an average of 1kg a week. The first month was difficult with feelings of hunger and ice cream and sweet cravings. After a while, those cravings went away. The most difficult part was going to social events and restaurants with friends and sticking to the plan. Most sauces and restaurant food have hidden sugars, MSG, and other carbohydrates that after a while I learned how to avoid them. I stopped drinking alcohol during this time and stuck to an exercise routine for adrenal body type. 1 hour walking 3 times a week. Now that I finished the weight loss I want to keep on with the eating style and maintain my weight. I guess I am a little confused about how to do this. I do not want to lose more weight but I do not want to gain any more pounds that are not muscle weight. If you have any recommendations for this please let me know.
