On June 16th, 2019, as a 39 year old man, I went to the doctor with a waking heart rate of 125 bpm, and blood pressure of 160/100 not to mention I weighed 300 pounds. That‘s when I knew I needed to lose some weight and change my lifestyle, or I wasn’t going to last much longer. I discovered Dr. Berg's food recommendations about 3 months after this event, and it has helped me not only lose weight, but become healthier. I’ve lost as of today, 94 lbs, and my wife has lost 50 lbs. Very thankful to God, Dr Berg, and my wife for all of the support and making this transformation of my body a reality!
