Keto sucks and gives you headaches

Keto sucks! That’s all I’ve heard for years about Keto, and still do from some. I think I’d like to be the judge of these things so I gave it a try.

The first month I basically spent getting rid of all the sugar in the house. No more milk, which I love dearly. No more bread, pasta. No more cookies and fruit snacks. The oranges! Not eating oranges every day will always be hard. So the Second month comes and I’m really ready to take on the Keto. Except now its Christmas and New Years, cheaters time!! I lost a fight with a box of ice cream sandwiches. But I didn’t give up. Really gotta buckle down if this is gonna work. I started going for walks every time I had free time, sometimes walking 5+ miles a day. Eating the spinach and arugula every day, all the while watching Dr. Berg videos and learning how to live and eat in this new healthy lifestyle. I think I’m doing pretty good.

I’m in the Fourth month now and just fasted for 46 hours with no discomfort. have more energy than I’ve had in my life. All of my joints feel better, and recently had a random look at me like a piece of meat! I’ve lost 40 lbs in the 4 months and I feel fantastic. I’m a 43-year-old construction worker who enjoys whiskey and cheeseburgers. But overweight and in constant pain, I needed a change.

I have some food knowledge, I know fast food isn’t great for consumption I grew up on that stuff. That’s basically my entire diet since 6th grade. Burgers, nuggets, fries, and milkshakes. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that lifestyle isn’t sustainable. This Healthy Keyo is sustainable living. I’m really starting to like it. I’m also totally getting used to eating once a day. Sometimes my brain tells me to eat just because of the time of day. But my body isn’t hungry so I just forego the thought. So Big Thanks to Dr. Berg and his crew for all the solid advice. It works and I never got any headaches.
