I didn't know that it would work. I started intermittent fasting and I feel less bloated in the morning and I am starting to lose weight. I was 230 pounds and 3 weeks later I'm 227. My plan is to lose 1 pound a week and get into useful habits that get and keep me at a healthy weight.
