I love the Keto program and all your advice. I’ve been following since early May and down 45 pounds and feeling great. The problem now is I’m stuck there. I’m eating one meal a day with plenty of fats along other 3 to 4 days a week of exercise. I believe I saw where you’re gonna cover this exact topic at the summit but unfortunately I can’t attend. I look forward to the answer as I’d like to drop another 30 pounds to reach my ideal goal weight. Thanks for all the great info!!!
