I started in December 2015. I had injured my spine, put on 50+ pounds on top of not eating healthy. I lost 80 pounds within a year, took a break, was close to a year.. gained muscle n then probably put on ten pounds by just eating too many carbs for dinner, even though I wasn't eating carbs for breakfast and very low carb for lunch. I'm vegetarian so I eat a lot of the same stuff over and over again just prepared differently. This round of my keto journey will be 3 weeks Thursday. I've been going to the gym at least 5 days a week, doing targeted exercises on my problem areas & I ride my bicycle at least 5 miles a day.
