In late October 2017 I weighed 250 pounds and felt miserable! I did the SAD diet. I ate wheat, low fat, and oatmeal and just felt terrible. Later that month I started a ketogenic diet and have never looked back! I have since lost 60 pounds and plan on losing more. Additionally, I got my dad, who is is diabetic T2, to also start Keto. And in 3 months he went from pre-diabetic to reversing it completely. Thank you Dr. Berg for your videos and inspiring us when IF or life gets tough. My daughter was my greatest inspiration to save my life.
