Tim Delaney Shares Amazing Results - Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto

Story

By: Tim Delaney

I dabbled with keto in January, but got more serious and started watching your videos seriously in March. I wanted to try keto as my blood pressure forced me onto a fairly light dose of medication (Coversyl Plus... 4 mg), but the eye opener for me was a steady increase in blood glucose of a rough average of 7.5 a 8 mmol and my GP told me my TG:HDL ratio was getting bad. I wanted 6 months to smarten up and she gave me 4. I'm a 58 year old male, 5' 9" tall and weighed 178 pounds. Two months of pretty faithful keto and some dietary supplements you and some other prev. med. YouTubers have suggested and my TG:HDL ration is normal, my A1C is 6.1 and my blood pressure is almost at the point of coming off the medication. After a walk this morning it was 115/75. As a bonus, my weight is currently 158. I've been dabbling with intermittent fasting and I'm surprised I typically don't feel hungry until just before lunchtime. Your videos are to the point and the information is easily understood, if you understand, physiology, metabolism and biochem at all. It's a God-send and the YouTube medium spreads the message broader and faster than any time in history. Sorry I haven't done any before pictures and I figure I. Still a work in progress with a bit more blood pressure to decrease and hopefully a bit more visceral fat to lose! All the best!
