When I turned 29 last year I looked at myself and I was in the worst shape of my life. I was drinking more than I should, I was depressed, and I felt like I was going to get worse. I told myself that I wouldn't turn 30 and be in the worst shape of my life. I was 245 Lbs. I stopped drinking, I started waking up at 5:00 AM every morning and walking 2 miles. I started intermittent fasting and watching your videos every morning before going out. Thomas DeLauer was also a huge help during this time. I am now 197 Lbs and feeling great. I'm writing this message at 5:30 AM here in Hawaii. My goal was to be 195 Lbs by Aug 24th, 2018. And I should be able to do that. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you. I am a very logical person when it comes to how I do things, you and Thomas DeLauer gave me the information that I needed without dumbing it down or talking down to me.
