Hi dr.Berg, I'm Mukhiddin, from Uzbekistan. Two month ago I weighed 105kg. I used to live sedentary life. Used to eat a lot of carbs and sugar. Basically, my whole food consisted of junk food. I didn't feel good at all. Had problems with stomach and digestion. So two month ago I set an aim to loose at least 15 kg within 3 month. Here the things I did for weight lose 1. I stopped eating sugar and carbs at all. Ate 3 times a day. In the morning some vegetables. In the afternoon something with meat. And in evening some fried eggs and watermelon. 2. Six days a week I walked for 6 hours in fresh air. 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. I don't know, but for some reason when I walked for hours I lost my appetite. Walking really lowered my appetite and I could eat less amount of food. With cardio I better tolerated starving. 3. 4 times a week I went to swimming pool 4. Used to drink at least 2 litres of water. With the help of this regime I was able to lose 20 kg within two months. Can you believe that ? Now I weigh 85kg and feel much better. I'll attach photos, you're gonna see :)
