I’ve been watching Dr. Berg on YouTube for a few years now and I feel blessed that I was smart enough to take on his advice at a young age. I’m 25 now and work as a trainer and his information has helped me with my clients as well as myself. When I was in college I used to do a lot of bodybuilding type workouts and I worked out very hard 5-6 times/week. I realized I was burning myself out, and I began to take a much bigger focus on my recovery and overall health. My heart feels healthier, my immune system feels strong, and I feel more refined than ever. I’m stronger than I was back then and I’m exercising less (I still exercise 3-4 times/week), but now my exercises are tailored towards strength, usually a circuit or 2, and some bodybuilding stuff at the end along with mobility. It’s made a huge difference in my life and I’m blessed to have him as a resource
