Here is my 2 months update! From now on I will be adding exercise to build muscles! Funny how I was looking at neck exercises to get rid of double chin right before I discovered Keto. My tips: 1 - if you are starting out expect a few weeks of stall after the initial water drop and in this time keep your fat intake high and try your best not to cheat during this time. Your body is adapting and you need to help it. 2 - check every single thing you put in your mouth for ingredients and macros. Especially sauces at restaurants that you would never think have sugar or starch. I promise that 80% of them do have sugar. My wife keeps falling for it. A while back I learned that Ceasar dressing at a restaurant had sugar in the ingredients! My wife thought it was not possible before we asked the waiter! 3- don’t worry about calories (I never counted them), when you get fat adapted then lower your fat intake to allow for body fat to be burned. 4 - do IF with keto. 5 - Keep trying new recipes until you have a few favorites that you can depend on and keep available.
