I had been diagnosed with fatty liver in the mid ’80s and my doctor sent me to a gastroenterologist. Over several months, he would do blood tests to see if anything changed with my liver condition. This led to a liver biopsy to confirm that, yes, I had a fatty liver. Nothing was ever recommended to do to correct this situation other than to abstain from alcohol. Long story short, I just had a physical. I went for my overdue physical and my doctor recommended I lose weight to get my blood pressure down as my blood work for liver function are usually a little elevated. Which is usually been the case for many years. A week before I went to my doctor for my physical I had already seen your video on YouTube about fatty liver and how to intermittent fasting and use apple cider vinegar to lose weight and started using supplements as well. My doctor recommended I come back in two months for follow up to check my blood pressure and weight. My appointment for physical was May 7, 2021 and my blood pressure was 154/92 and my weight was 164 pounds and when I went back for the follow up after using Apple cider vinegar, intermittent fasting and supplements my weight on July 12, 2021 was 154 and my blood pressure was 124/84. So I lost 10 pounds and lowered member blood pressure by following your recommendations. My doctor even wanted me to send her the link to your video why Apple cider vinegar works. I have lost a 15 lbs. total. I’m so glad I stumbled across your videos on YouTube. Dr. Berg thank you for the wonderful short and to the point YouTube videos on many health issues.
