This page has been very inspiring on my Keto and Fasting Journey. I have been inspired by and learned from stories and photos of your success stories, and questions about the process. I have been enjoying the Keto Lifestyle for about 10 months now. Mostly time-restricted eating (16:8) or OMAD with a few longer fasts occasionally. The only carbs I get from food are from veggies. I Just eat real food although I still enjoyed having a cold beer on this process but understand the consequences. I look at food through the window of how it affects Fat Storing Hormone, not through calorie prism. 60 years young starting weight = 225 lbs 38 “ waist current weight and goal weight = 175lbs 33’ waist Next goal – a little more firming of waistline and muscle definition I workout 4-5 days a using X3 Bar (www.x3bar.com) at home , play tennis and golf (walking). I am gaining muscle definition and loving Keto lifestyle. Lots still to learn on this journey. Thanks to Dr Berg and Dr Jason Fung. Diet has been more important that workouts Enjoying being healthy for the sport of life. Hopefully my journey can inspire someone on their journey.
