Before anything else, I wanted to thank you for the great videos that you share with awesome information. The first time I saw your video was 3 weeks ago accidentally on youtube when I was searching about apple cider vinegar for my allergy. I really liked your video and started to watch it more and more, I am a nursing student so all you say made sense to me. I started right with 2 meals a day for one week, which was a bit difficult, and the second week I was having only one meal a day which was again a bit difficult for only 3 days. That is absolutely amazing to me how I can go with only 3 meals a day or two or one. Last month I was planning to see my family doctor because I thought I have diabetes. I would have a big meal and after 5-6 hours I would start to shake like crazy if I haven't eaten for 2 days. Now, I have only one meal a day, and I walk almost 5 hours a day. I walk most of my time without even feel hungry. the only time I feel hungry is after 22 hours from my last meal. I believe apple cider vinegar is also helping it as well. I have more energy than before, I feel healthier, and I have lost 5 pounds already in less than 3 weeks that is incredible. I feel so lucky being able to take advantage of your amazing videos.
