I have been overweight since 2011, I have started my diet last year march 24 2017, and after 3 months I have lost 15 kgs, doing egg and banana for breakfast, salad for lunch, and meat for dinner. I have continued to lose another 5 kgs in a span of 6 months and am stuck in 62 kgs from 82 kgs, now I'm trying to do intermittent fasting to lose belly fat in which I'm having a very hard time doing.
