How to Get Juicy Tender Chicken

DIRECTIONS:

  1. To get juicy/tender chicken, try cooking a whole chicken @ 350 degrees until the internal temperature is 165 degrees (about 1 hour).
  2. Chicken meat should pull apart easily when warm.
  3. If you want the skin to be crispier, then try rubbing a little bit of salt all over the skin and lay it out overnight on a roasting rack in the refrigerator.
  4. Pull apart all of the chicken meat and save for other dishes throughout the week.
