Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bomb

Healthy, easy and yummy peanut butter chocolate fat bomb!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bomb

TOTAL TIME: 45 mins

SERVES: 5

INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate

2 tablespoons coconut oil melted

2 tablespoons coconut butter

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

5-10 drops Stevia (to taste)

Peanut Butter

2 tablespoons coconut oil melted

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

5-10 drops Stevia (to taste)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a double boiler, melt down chocolate mixture: coconut oil, coconut butter, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, Stevia.

  2. In a separate bowl, melt down coconut oil and peanut butter.

  3. Fill bottom of silicone molds with a layer of the chocolate mixture, place in refrigerator.  Let solidify.  This should take about 10 mins.

  4. Next, fill the molds with a layer of peanut butter.  Place in refrigerator again.  Let solidify.

  5. Add the top and final layer of chocolate.  Let solidify one more time.

Eat only one of these after a meal to help satisfy your sweet tooth!
