Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup whole roasted pecans
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ¼ cup chia, hemp, and flax seed mix ground
  • 2 tablespoons allulose syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoons Lily’s chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add 2 tablespoons coconut butter, ¼ cup shredded coconut, ½ cup whole roasted pecans, 2 tablespoons almond butter, ¼ cup chia, hemp, and flax seed mix, 2 tablespoons allulose syrup and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder to food processor or blender.
  • Pulse until pecans are broken down and mixture is combined but still slightly crunchy.
  • To form bars, line small dish with parchment paper. Press mixture firmly into dish to about ½ inch thick. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cut into six bars and garnish with shredded coconut and 4 tablespoons Lily’s chocolate chips.
  • Serve and enjoy!
