Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol powdered
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened

Instructions

  • Add 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1½ tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract in bowl and mix well.

  • Add ½ cup coconut flour and 2 tablespoon coconut oil. Knead until mixture comes together.

  • Pack mixture tightly into eight balls, roughly 1 to 1½ inches in diameter.
  • Add ½ cup water to spray bottle, and lightly spray fat bombs.

  • Roll each fat bomb in shredded coconut until fully coated.
