Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol powdered
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup water in spray bottle
  • 1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened

Instructions

  • Add 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1½ tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl and mix well.
