Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup erythritol powdered
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Fill large bowl with ice. Place medium size bowl on top of ice bowl.
  • Add 1 cup heavy cream to bowl. Use stand mixer or electric mixer to whip heavy cream until peaks start to form.

  • Gently fold in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
