Heat a medium-sized pot over high heat. Add half the olive oil and 6 ounces grass-fed ground beef.

Once ground beef is cooked thoroughly, stir in ½ cup tomato sauce. Cook mixture for 2 to 5 minutes and remove from heat when done.

Heat a medium-sized pan over medium-low heat.
Add the remaining olive oil and ¼ onion. Sauté for 5 minutes or until onions are slightly tender.

Add shirataki noodles to onions and turn heat to medium-high. Sauté noodles 5 to 7 minutes, stirring continuously. Add salt to taste.

Remove from heat and quickly add butter. Mix until butter is completely melted and thoroughly combined.

Plate noodles, top with sauce, and garnish with Fresh parsley to taste and grated Parmesan cheese to taste. Add Sea salt and pepper to taste.
