Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounces grass-fed ground beef
  • ½ cup tomato sauce organic, low-carb
  • 8 ounces shirataki spaghetti noodles (one bag)
  • ¼ onion medium, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley to taste chopped
  • Parmesan cheese to taste grated
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a medium-sized pot over high heat. Add half the olive oil and 6 ounces grass-fed ground beef.

  • Once ground beef is cooked thoroughly, stir in ½ cup tomato sauce. Cook mixture for 2 to 5 minutes and remove from heat when done.

  • Drain 8 ounces shirataki spaghetti noodles.

  • Heat a medium-sized pan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the remaining olive oil and ¼ onion. Sauté for 5 minutes or until onions are slightly tender.

  • Add shirataki noodles to onions and turn heat to medium-high. Sauté noodles 5 to 7 minutes, stirring continuously. Add salt to taste.

  • Remove from heat and quickly add butter. Mix until butter is completely melted and thoroughly combined.
