Heat medium-sized pot over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 6 ounces ground beef.

Once ground beef is cooked thoroughly, stir in ½ cup tomato sauce. Cook mixture for 2 to 5 minutes and remove from heat when done.

Heat medium-sized pan over medium-low heat.
Add remaining olive oil and ¼ onion. Sauté for five minutes or until onions are slightly tender.

Add shirataki noodles to onions and turn heat to medium-high. Sauté noodles 5 to 7 minutes, stirring continuously. Add salt to taste.

Remove from heat and quickly add 1 tablespoon butter. Mix until butter is completely melted and thoroughly combined.

Plate noodles, top with sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan . Add Sea salt and pepper to taste.
