Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
In a large bowl, combine 4 cups chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well.

Lay parchment paper or silicone baking mat on a pizza pan and evenly spread the chicken mixture to form the crust.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove crust from oven. Add 1 cup tomato sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheeseand garnish with your favorite low-carb toppings.
