Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
In large bowl, combine 4 cups chicken, 2 eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well.

Lay parchment paper or silicone baking mat on pizza pan. Evenly spread chicken mixture to form crust, about ½ inch thick.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove crust from oven. Top with 1 cup tomato sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Then, add your favorite low-carb toppings.
