Crust

  • 4 cups chicken canned, drained, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 eggs large
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Toppings

  • 1 cup tomato sauce low-carb
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
  • In a large bowl, combine 4 cups chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well.

  • Lay parchment paper or silicone baking mat on a pizza pan and evenly spread the chicken mixture to form the crust.
