Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
Combine 1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder in a mixing bowl.

Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, melted 1/4 cup butter, and 1 pinch salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Using molds or a muffin tray, shape dough into biscuits and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
Once biscuits are done, cut them in half and serve with sausage gravy spooned over top.
