Ingredients

Sausage Gravy

  • 1 pound pork sausage organic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

Biscuits

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Sausage Gravy

  • Cut 1 pound pork sausage into small chunks and cook in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

  • Once fully cooked, place sausage on a paper towel to soak up excess fat.
  • In a separate saucepot, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add keto sausage and stir to combine.

  • Gradually add 1 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup cream cheese, stirring until mixture is well combined and thickened.

Biscuits

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder in a mixing bowl.

  • Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, melted 1/4 cup butter, and 1 pinch salt. Mix until a dough forms.

  • Using molds or a muffin tray, shape dough into biscuits and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
