Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ cup ground beef seasoned and cooked
  • ½ cup romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup tomato chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 teaspoons sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Spread 1 cup cheddar cheese evenly on a baking sheet, dividing it into three rounds that are approximately three inches in diameter.

  • Bake cheese taco shells for seven to ten minutes until edges start to become golden brown.
  • Take out from oven and let cool for two minutes. Then, remove from baking sheet and carefully fold them in half to create taco shells. For added stability, place shells in taco stands.
  • Scoop cooked and seasoned ½ cup ground beef into shells. Top with ½ cup romaine lettuce, ¼ cup tomato, 4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, and 3 teaspoons sour cream.
