Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
In medium bowl, combine ¾ cup coconut flour, ¾ cup almond flour, ½ cup monk fruit sweetener, and 6 tablespoons butter. Use hands to blend until no clumps remain.

Scoop 18 equal tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
In small bowl, mix ½ teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon golden monk fruit sweetener.

Roll each dough ball in cinnamon mixture until generously coated.
Place on lined baking sheet. Flatten center with spoon.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes, until edges are set and lightly browned.
