Ingredients

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pound green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 220 degrees C.
  • Mix ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 pinch sea salt, and 1 pinch pepper in bowl. Set aside.

  • Place 1 pound green beans in separate bowl.

  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over beans and toss to coat evenly.

  • Spray baking pan with olive oil cooking spray and place coated green beans on pan in single layer.
