- ½ pound beef ground, 85% lean
- ½ pound pork ground
- 1 egg large, beaten
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup olive oil extra virgin
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C and move rack to center position.
Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place ½ pound beef and ½ pound pork in medium bowl, break meat into smaller chunks, and combine evenly.

Add remaining ingredients to meat and mix by hand until just combined. Don’t over-mix to achieve light and tender meatballs.
