  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro minced
  • 6 jalapeños medium-sized
  • ¼ cup bacon bits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a small bowl, combine 3 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, 2 cloves garlic, ¼ cup green onions, and 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro. If cream cheese is too hard to mix, heat in a pan for a few seconds until softened.

  • Halve 6 jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds.
