Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In small bowl, combine 3 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, 2 cloves garlic, ¼ cup green onions, and 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro. If cream cheese is too hard to mix, heat in pan for several seconds until softened.

Halve 6 jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds.
