Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 bell peppers halved, seeded
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes quartered

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • In a bowl, season 1 pound ground turkey with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 pinch sea salt, and 1 pinch pepper.

  • Add 2 cups ricotta cheese and 2 cups mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

Notes
