  • 3 boneless pork loin chops boneless
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F / 163 degrees C.
  • Season 3 boneless pork loin chops with 1 pinch sea salt, 1 pinch black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder on both sides.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops on each side for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
