Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 4 bacon strips
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup yellow cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
  • Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 teaspoon avocado oil.

  • Add 4 bacon strips and cook on both sides until lightly crispy. Remove from skillet and place on paper towel-lined plate to absorb grease.

  • In medium bowl, season 4 chicken breasts with ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and ½ teaspoon garlic salt.

  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in same skillet used for bacon over medium heat. Place chicken breasts in pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

  • Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and pour pan drippings on top.
  • Combine 4 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup yellow cheddar cheese, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, ⅛ teaspoon celery salt, and ¼ teaspoon dried dill in medium bowl.

  • Crumble bacon evenly over seared chicken. Divide cream cheese mixture into equal quarters and top each chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle ½ cup white cheddar cheese on top and bake chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
