Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 teaspoon avocado oil.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in same skillet used for bacon over medium heat. Place chicken breasts in pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and pour pan drippings on top.
Combine 4 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup yellow cheddar cheese, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, ⅛ teaspoon celery salt, and ¼ teaspoon dried dill in medium bowl.

Crumble bacon evenly over seared chicken. Divide cream cheese mixture into equal quarters and top each chicken breast.
Sprinkle ½ cup white cheddar cheese on top and bake chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
