  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs large
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • cups mozzarella cheese melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Garlic butter

  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • Combine 1½ cups almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 eggs, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder in large bowl.

  • Add 2½ cups mozzarella cheese to flour mixture until well combined.

  • Knead dough into ball and place onto parchment paper.
  • Mix ½ cup Parmesan cheese with 1½ teaspoon Italian seasoning in small bowl and set aside.

  • Grease Le Creuset pot or oven-proof pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  • Spread Parmesan cheese mixture on surface.
  • Divide dough into five equal portions and shape into ball.
  • Roll each dough ball in Parmesan cheese mixture and place into greased pot or pan.

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  • In separate bowl, mix melted ¼ cup butter, 5 cloves garlic, and ½ cup fresh parsley for garlic butter spread.
