Instructions

  • Mix 1 cup almond flour, 1 tablespoon xylitol, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, and 1 pinch sea salt in medium bowl.

  • Whisk together ½ cup buttermilk, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon olive oil in separate bowl.

  • Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry pancake mix and gently stir until well combined.
  • Heat pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with 1 tablespoon butter.
