- In a large saute pan, cook bacon over medium heat until browned. Once done, remove bacon, leaving grease in pan. 
- Add onion to pan and fry for ten minutes until browned. 
- Create a well in center of pan and add 4 garlic cloves. Saute for about a minute, then mix in with 1 sweet onion. Season with 1½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon paprika, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. - 1 sweet onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
- Add 1 head of cabbage to pan and cook for 15 to 25 minutes until tender, adding in batches if necessary. - 1 head of cabbage 
- While cabbage is cooking, chop or crumble 6 bacon. Once cabbage is done, stir in crispy bacon. - 6 bacon 
- Serve hot and enjoy!
