In large saute pan, cook 6 bacon over medium heat until browned. Once done, remove bacon, leaving grease in pan.
Add onion to pan and fry for 10 minutes until browned.
Create well in center of pan and add 4 garlic cloves. Sauté for one minute, then mix in 1 sweet onion. Season with 1½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon paprika, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.

Add 1 head of cabbage to pan and cook for 15 to 25 minutes until tender, adding in batches if necessary.

While cabbage is cooking, chop or crumble bacon. Once cabbage is done, stir in crispy bacon.
