  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked, pulled
  • 2 tablespoons celery chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 8 leaves romaine lettuce

  • In large bowl, combine 2 cups chicken breast, 2 tablespoons celery, ¼ cup red onion, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard2 teaspoons fresh dill, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, ½ teaspoon black pepper and ½ teaspoon sea salt. Mix well.
