Ingredients

Cobb salad

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 6 slices bacon chopped

Instructions

  • In small bowl, mix ¼ cup sour cream, ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ lemon , 2 tablespoons parsley, 2 tablespoons scallions, 1 tablespoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.

  • Gradually add ¼ cup heavy cream while continuously whisking until fully incorporated. Set aside.

  • In large salad bowl, create bed of 2 cups romaine lettuce.
