Combine 2 cups almond flour and 1 tablespoon baking powder in a large bowl. Mix in 2 cups colby cheese by hand and create a small well in the middle of the bowl. Add 4 eggs and 1/3 cup half-and-half to the center. Use a large fork or spoon, blend all ingredients until a sticky batter forms.
