Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 cups Colby cheese shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • cup half-and-half

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Combine 2 cups almond flour and 1 tablespoon baking powder in large bowl. Mix in 2 cups Colby cheese by hand until the mixture becomes crumbly.

  • Add 4 eggs and cup half-and-half to center. Use large fork or spoon, blend all ingredients until sticky batter forms.
