Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon burger seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, divided
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded, divided
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Place 1 pound ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Using spatula, break ground beef into chunks.

  • Oil 8 x 11-inch baking dish with oil or cooking spray. Pour ground beef mixture into dish.

  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar and ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble.
  • Cool before serving.
