Ingredients

  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • sesame seeds garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Separate 3 eggs, egg yolks from egg whites.
    3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • With electric mixer, mix together 3 tablespoons cream cheese and egg yolks.
    3 eggs, ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • In medium bowl, add egg whites and ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar.  With electric mixer, mix egg whites until it peaks. 
  • Gently fold egg white "fluff" into egg yolk mixture. Do this in about three batches. 
  • On silicone baking mat or parchment paper, make buns. Get perfect circles by slowly adding mixture at center of each bun.

  • Bake for 15 to 25 mins based on your oven. Let cool before you remove from baking tray. 
  • For added crunch, lightly toast buns, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
