Gently fold beaten egg whites into egg yolk mixture. Do this in three batches to maintain the fluffiness of egg white mixture.
Shape mixture into buns on a prepared baking sheet or parchment paper. For perfectly round buns, pour the mixture steadily in one spot so it spreads from the center outward into a circle.
Bake in oven for 15 to 25 minutes and allow buns to cool before removing from baking tray. For an added crunch, lightly toast buns, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
