Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
Separate 3 eggs , egg yolks from egg whites.
3 tablespoons cream cheese
With electric mixer, mix together 3 tablespoons cream cheese and egg yolks.
3 eggs, ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
In medium bowl, add egg whites and ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar . With electric mixer, mix egg whites until it peaks.
Gently fold egg white "fluff" into egg yolk mixture. Do this in about three batches.
On silicone baking mat or parchment paper, make buns. Get perfect circles by slowly adding mixture at center of each bun.
sesame seeds
Bake for 15 to 25 mins based on your oven. Let cool before you remove from baking tray.
For added crunch, lightly toast buns, and sprinkle with sesame seeds .
